Life gives us many opportunities to practice forgiveness. It comes in the form of those little things that annoy us to the deep wounds that seem to never heal. Buddha said that in life, there is a share of suffering. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Everyone is both on the giving and receiving side of the ball. Of all the things in life, forgiveness is the one people want and need most, but often give the least.
