Blueprints

When building a building, it is important to follow the blueprints. Often, we try to save time by cutting corners here and there. The same goes for our practice. Cutting corners is not going to build a solid practice. It is in the details that a strong practice emerges from. Not following the blueprints weakens our foundation.

How much tai chi should one do? Opinions vary, but obviously one must devote time to learning all the different aspects. Like meditation, it has been said that five minutes per day is better than an hour twice a week. To a certain point, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
